Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of our mobile and web applications. Your expertise in automation scripting and testing methodologies will contribute to providing a seamless, bug-free experience for our users, thereby supporting our mission to enhance workplace mental health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript and tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Contribute to the automation framework's architecture and design for mobile and web application testing.
  • Perform thorough manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to identify bugs and issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand feature requirements and ensure quality standards are met before release Analyze test results, document bugs, and track issues through resolution.
  • Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies to improve test cycles.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in QA Automation, with a focus on mobile and web applications. Architect/Lead roles may require up to 9 years of experience.
Technical Skills: 
  • Proficiency in automation scripting with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of programming concepts in Java or Python.
  • Experienced in manual and functional testing with a strong ability to identify system vulnerabilities and inconsistencies.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, Selenium, Appium, etc.) are a plus.

Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for improving mental health outcomes through technology
